The TicSA-420G operates at 420GHz and can deliver up to 20mW of radiated power. The 64-pixel (8x8) source array module is reconfigurable via its touch screen and provides adjustable terahertz illumination properties. The low power consumption from a single 5V supply makes it ideal for mobile terahertz applications in combination with the TicCAM-1.1kpix camera. The source can be mounted on a post or to a custom adapter plate to a 60 mm cage using an optional kit (not included). Connectivity to the broadband terahertz compact camera (TicCAM-1.1kpix) is achieved through a chopper link cable (TicLink-1m).
